And through incision the excess skin and fat removed. Or in some cases adjustments of fat is done by redistributing along muscle tissues such as muscle laxity. Some cases the incision is not possible like in upper eye lid surgery where it is done with natural cease lines so in these case surgeon goes for laser may be used to tighten the lower eyelid skin.
